For security guard and facility services companies
Every post covered.
Every guard paid right.
Every shift billed.
Ovelit Guard builds the roster, checks attendance by GPS and selfie, fills no-shows from the relief pool, runs payroll under the Labour Act and drafts client invoices with VAT. Your office handles the exceptions; the rest runs itself.

recurring office jobs in a guarding company are done by the system; people confirm the money and handle exceptions.
5 min
from a missed check-in to the relief pool being texted.
2x basic
overtime rate built in, with festival bonus and the half-wage cap on recoveries.
৳40
per guard a month on Starter. Free for up to 15 guards.
What the system does every day
Your supervisors stop chasing paper. Your office stops retyping it.
01
Build the duty roster
From standing postings, two weeks ahead, every morning. Weekly offs and vacancies appear as open shifts.
02
Catch no-shows
No check-in 30 minutes after start: marked absent, opened for cover, relief pool texted, supervisor alerted.
03
Find relief cover
Candidates ranked: relief pool first, free, rested, licensed, fewest hours this week. The guard accepts in the app.
04
Check attendance
GPS geofence and selfie at check-in; late, half day, overtime and auto check-out worked out for you.
05
Prove patrols
QR checkpoints scanned with the phone camera; a missed round raises an alert while the shift is on.
06
Report to clients
A daily activity report per site: attendance, patrol rounds, incidents, occurrence book and visitors.
07
Track licences
Police verification, training and firearm licences with expiry alerts; expired guards cannot be rostered.
08
Run payroll
Payslips from attendance on payroll day: OT, extra duties, festival bonus, absences and recoveries.
09
Pay salaries
bKash, Nagad and bank disbursement sheets in one click; every guard gets an SMS when paid.
10
Bill clients
Invoices drafted from the roster with uncovered-shift credits, extra duty and VAT; reminders when overdue.
11
Reconcile receipts
Record what came in with VAT and income tax deducted at source; ageing by client.
12
See profit by site
Billed revenue against the labour cost of every attended shift, so loss-making posts stand out.

Questions
Asked by guarding companies
Do guards need a smartphone app?
No install. The guard app is a light web page that opens from an SMS link or a home-screen icon on any Android phone. Guards sign in with their mobile number and a PIN. It is in Bangla and English.
What happens when a guard does not turn up?
Thirty minutes after the start (you choose) the shift is marked as a no-show, opened for cover and the relief guards who are free, rested and qualified get an SMS. The first to accept is rostered. Your supervisor gets an alert and the client is never billed for a shift nobody covered.
Does payroll follow the Labour Act?
The defaults do: overtime at twice the basic hourly rate (basic divided by 208), two festival bonuses of up to one month's basic after a year, absences pro rata, and loan, advance and uniform recoveries capped at half the wages. Every rule is a setting you can change.
How are clients billed?
Each contract lists its posts and rates. On the invoice day the invoice is drafted from the roster: the contracted posts, a credit for any shift nobody covered and the extra duty the client asked for, with VAT. When the client pays, you record the cheque with the VAT and income tax they deducted at source, so the invoice settles in full.
Can clients see attendance?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Each client gets a portal with today's posts, the daily activity report for every site, incidents and invoices, and can request extra guards. The daily report can also be emailed every morning.
Does it work for cleaning and facility staff?
Yes. Positions, shifts and contracts are yours to define: cleaners, office assistants, lift operators, gardeners. Patrols are optional per site.
